Rotating Pallet Lift Tables

Rotating lift tables are primarily used as work positioners in applications where the operator requires access to multiple sides of the load.

Ideally suited for stacking or unstacking product the rotating lift not only places the load at the right height but with the rotating top reduces stretching or avoids having to walk around to access the load. As needed a box of parts at waist height will be removed and brought to an assembly station. When emptied a new box will be taken off the pallet carousel and taken back to the assembly station.

Can this lift table be used for continual use of unloading parts. This allows the operator to work more efficiently by removing the need for the operator to reach across or walk around the load as well as reducing the potential for repetitive motion injury associated with such reaching motions. Pneumatic operated lift and rotate tables often used in wash down areas or plants that use compressed air as primary energy source. A heavy skid of small heavy boxes will be put on the pallet carousel.
